NOT! The Art Center is dedicated to giving even the youngest students a solid foundation they can build on in the coming years – we also reinforce skills they will use in their current grade or upcoming. Sound boring? We make a point of not only keeping these classes informative but FUN!

We are aware that not all children are as focused as others, so we include many related activities if needed... from learning or reinforcing a color wheel, be it by paint or sidewalk chalk. Kids also learn terms such as taboret and gouache paint.

Summertime will include weekly camps - during the school year; after school and Saturdays will be offered based on need.

Parents that home school children, this is a wonderful opportunity to keep your child involved in the arts.

We try hard to keep classes grouped with a close range of ages depending on the number of children in attendance - it is also our goal to pay close attention to their interest level of art.
